While I was quite competitive in sports in my youth,
not-so-much since then, and after retiring I KNEW I needed to be more conscious about movement and my physical health overall. Laura's classes are a perfect
vehicle to improve this area of my life!
I have the opportunity for Fellowship, stretching, and
exercise with her Thursday afternoon class and with the addition of videos, I can add a few more days of exercise at times that fit my schedule!

I absolutely love doing the CROSS Fitness classes Laura has put together! Each class begins with a prayer and short devotion, then we do some exercises that really challenge me. I struggle with balance at times and feel that if I can keep with these classes, I won’t have to worry so much about falling. I really enjoy the fellowship that this class has developed!
